Question : Oracle Apex 4.0: How to handle item values in a region title

In previous version I was able to add values in a region title, as example: "Title: &P3_PageTitle" now with the current version, I'm unable. Any idea why?

You need to add a "." at the end, i.e.,  

&P3_PageTitle.
