Question : Hosting options for ASP.NET 4.0 and SQL 2008

Hello,

I am designing an application and wish to host it so i can show my friends.

In VS2010, I web publish and then would like to upload it using FTP or similar.

I would also like access to SQL 2008. I do not need access via SQL Management studio, just executing scripts from the application is fine, even to setup the initial database.
I dont need full text searching as yet. The data can be lost or destroyed since I am just demo-ing the concept.

Would like to link a domain name. The application can be publically visible as I will just place a password webpage on the front.

So I am wondering, what hosting options/providers which are cheap enough for this demo, can you recommend?
