Question : Mcafee epo 4.5 server does not show infection events

We have Mcafee epo 4.5 server, and epo agent 4.5, every thing seems to work fine, deployment, updating sig dat file on clients. The only problem we have that the epo server does not show infection events. If a client has a virus, the epo admin does not know about it, the epo server does not report it. How can I solve this problem.

At this point I would just contact Adobe Support it will save you a ton of time, and hastle.  A complete uninstall has always worked for me.
