Question : VirtualBox - WindowsXP 64-bit - Inaccessible

Hello,
I recently shut down my Windows XP 64-bit OS down. I'm Virtualizating it on Ubuntu 10.04.

I've tried "sudo cat /home/dami/.VirtualBox/Machines/Windows XP 64-bit/Windows XP 64-bit.xml" but the file is empty.

How can I fix the following error (VBox says "Inaccessible").

Help?
