Question : adobe flash live media encoder 3

I have adobe flash live media encoder 3 and I wanted to know if there's a way to have it start up at the time when my PC starts up, and load a certain profile at start up as well?  The fms server I connect to does require a username and password, so I don't know how to hard code that into the xml file, perhaps there's a way?  
Any help would be appreciated.
