Question : Multiple Outlook profiles

I need to have some order to my outlook and I am trying to avoid  having a few different windows logins to keep things organized.  I know that I can have different accounts using outlook, I also know that I can fire up outlook from a login under different users and not have issues.  What I am hoping is that there is a way to have a single user login but be able to fire up Outlook with settings different accounts.  Ideally I would like to be able to have two email accounts set up in Outlook, but only see one at a time depending on soem type of choice to load a profil 'a' or 'b' sort of thing.  If this doesn't make sense - please ask clarifying questions.

Maybe I'm the only one that's misunderstanding his question (very likely) or maybe I'm the only one who is getting it. I think he wants to open a single profile which holds the settings for a single e-mail account at a time. If this is the case, you have to create multiple profiles under  "control panel/mail" and check the "prompt for a profile to be used" option.
