Question : CPU TDP  value/ reading  rises up and down

Hi,
Is the CPU TDP readings (using CoreTemp) supposed to have a fixed value? or is having variable value is ok?
Got a bit worried since my CPU TDP reading fluctuates from 43.8 Watts to 143.7 watts even with just  IE and CoreTemp  is running. Also note that everything is running at stock speed ( Not overclocked)
CPU : Core i7 920 (running at stock speed)
OS: Windows 7 HP 32 bit

I don't think that MSTSC supports drag-n-drop between the host and client.  You can copy and paste though.  If that doesn't work, then the best solution I can think of is to switch to VNC.  It has a file transfer capbaility built in.  The version I recommend is UtraVNC
