Question : How can I take the value from a form then transfer it to another form?

I have 2 forms.
Form10 and comformnew

I press a button on Form10 to open conformnew

So basically I would like to do this:
Forms!comformnew!FundName = Forms!Form10!FundName

When I open the new form the fundname field on conformnew should be automatically filled with the value of the fundname field on form10

Try the following conditional format for Q1.....Q4

Cell Value Is              between                                =TODAY()                              =TODAY()+15
