Question : HP Laserjet P4015n saying it is jammed?

Morning,
I'm having a bit of a problem with the HP Laserjet P4015n.

It keeps saying there is a jam in tray 2 - I have checked the printer to see if there is indeed a jam somewhere, but I cannot find it. I even tried to remove the tray itself to see if it would still flag up. It did. It still flagged up also when there was no paper at all in it.

I have checked the HP warranty checker but it went out of Warranty last month.

Can someone please advise how to fix this?

Answer : HP Laserjet P4015n saying it is jammed?

It could be that paper was jammed and when someone tried to remove it they teared the paper and not removed everyting. It could be a small piece of paper is left inside the printer.

I've had the same issue on a HP 4050. It did  took me some time to take the printer apart to find the piece of paper...
