Question : How can I determined who deleted a public folder in Exchange 2003?

I've already recovered the deleted folder, but I would love to know who deleted it.
Through Outlook, I selected the public folder and selected Tools / Recover Deleted Items.  It showed the folder that was missing along with a user's name and the date/time it was deleted.  However, that user has been gone for over 2 years.  I don't know where the name came from.
I reviewed the Application and System logs on the Exchange server, but did not see anything at the time it was deleted.
Is there any good way to determine who the logged in user was that deleted the folder?

Answer : How can I determined who deleted a public folder in Exchange 2003?

this is really not possible
what is recomended is to have a documentation of what access what user has
and give only AUTHOR level access to general public..
so that they can only post
and contribution level to who need to delete items

and the Higest level i recomend to anyone else that admin IS editor

Thank you
