Question : Trouble with a Okidata Microline 395 printer

Oddest thing has happened. We have Access print our invoices. The invoices are printed on an Okidata Microline 395 printer using pre-printed invoice slips. All of the sudden, the vertical alignment is off. What is happening is that the page starts printing earlier and earlier on the page to the point where 1 invoice is on two pieces of paper. I've tried adjusting the start point, I've change the print driver, moved the printer to print locally, adjusted the margins in both access and on the print driver and it still is doing the same thing. Called Okidata and they don't know what the problem is. Any suggestions?

Then something has changed, either in the application, the environment (i.e. the Operating system, perhaps) or the hardware. Given that you can print from Word with no issue, I'd say the least likely suspects are the hardware and environment, and the much MORE likely suspect is the Access database itself. It's almost impossible to tell you what to check, since so many things can cause this.

If you Preview the report within Access, does the same behavior seem to result? That is, the invoices "slip down" the page in Preview mode as well?
