Question : Blackberry not receiving new email

I have two users out 63 who cannot receive email on their Blackberry. They are able to send mail, and can view their calendar and contacts. Last week we had to do a repair on the Exchange database, but everyone else is working fine.  We are using BES 4.1 and the mailboxes are on Exchange 2007.  Let me list everything that we have tried from prior research:

-Rebooted BES
-Deleted user, re-added user, then reactivated  (did this several times, get an error sometimes and sometimes it will activate even after the error)
-Checked BES permissions on Exchange as well as user permissions
-Activated another email address on Blackberry - it worked fine (which tells me that it has to be something with the mailbox)
-Turned off wireless sync then turned back on
-Wiped Handheld, then tried to reactivate after deleting and re-adding user to/from BES
-Phone was taken to Sprint - they said they could not help, it was on our end
-Disconnected the mailbox in exchange, then reconnected

We do not feel that there is a problem with the phone.  We feel that there is a problem somewhere between the mailbox and the BES or the BES and the phone. On BES, the two problem users have a status of "running" and show a current contact time.  We are receiving a lot of warnings in the Application log of the Event Viewer on BES and I will list a few of these below:

AddRefIDProp() failed: ERR_FAIL, EntryId=157698
MAPIMailbox::CheckForeignRIMProps - SaveChanges (0x80004005) failed
GetRIMMessage() failed: ERR_FAIL, EntryId=156215
MAPIMailbox::MAPIExtratoRIMExtra - GetProps (0x80004005) failed

**Also, both users have their mailboxes working in cached exchange mode.  If they are not in this mode, they are unable to delete any email messages from their mailbox. I have also deleted temp files, deleted any files in the "OLK" folder, repaired the Office installation, reset AD password.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Answer : Blackberry not receiving new email

Our solution was to export the mailboxes to a PST using the exchange management shell, removing the mailboxes and recreating the user account and mailboxes. The accounts were added to the BES and sent activation codes where they were able to activate them and all functionality has been restored. Thank you to those that responded to our question as there was some helpful advice and tools that we did not know about before.
