Question : Cisco 79xx Message Button

Where do I modify the DN for the Messages button on 79xx series phones. I looked everywhere in UCM, including the button templates and softkey templates. I am using extension mobility.

Answer : Cisco 79xx Message Button

It is defined in Feature > Voicemail > Voice Mail Profile. You specify that number in field Voice Mail Pilot.
