Question : Setup Cannot Copy File:...on installing XP Home

We have a Dell dimension 9150 which was regularly blue screening.

We tried to boot in safe mode but it always blue sreened instantly and so we decided to reload Windows.

During XP home installation, the installation always stops at:

Setup cannot copy the file: p3.sys (this was the last file although it stops at a different file each tome)

To retry, press enter
To skip press escape.

I've tried a different CD rom drive and a different hard drive. Same problem!
