Question : Upgraded to Office 2007 last week, now having ton of issues
Upgraded to Office 2007 a week ago, install went fine, no problems
Today, Outlook hung up on open, went to Task manager and tried to kill outlook.exe, it won't stop it, only way to get it to go away is to restart
which leads to the second problem
Computer is hanging up on "Windows is shutting down"
Held the power key for 5 seconds to shut down, started back up, went to add/remove programs with the intention of re-installing MS Office, the add/remove programs list was blank....
googled it, found a bunch of suggestions to run REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL which succeeded, went to add remove programs, wouldn't open again unless i restarted........
Hung up on "windows is shuttting down" again
Reran the REGSVR32 APPWIZ.CPL once computer started up, succeeded again, went to add remove programs.........still blank...........
