Question : Access 2007 is locked for one user only
I have a shared database in Access 2007 that is giving just one user an issue when someone else has it open. The message: Cannot lock file. Others using the same database (simultaneously) are fine. I'm not sure what setting I need to adjust. All users involved are running XP Pro for OS.
Answer : Access 2007 is locked for one user only
You also need to insure that you have given all users Full permissions on the folder hosting your backend database after splitting it.
