Question : Mysterious beeping noise when i hold down mouse button in OSX

Beeping noise when i hold down mouse button in OSX

I have no idea what is causing it, but i hear a beeping noise every two or three seconds when i hold down my mouse button more than a few seconds in OSX on my mac book pro.

Any ideas what could cause this or how to track down the noise.

It happens in all programs on my mac, not just one.

Do you have any universal Access settings enabled under system preferences?
