Question : Citrix Xenapps Fundamentals / Access Essentials

We purchased Access Essentials 3.0 licenses and are waiting for Citrix to assign our licenses (which they say can take 15 - 30 days).

While we're waiting for the Access Essentials licenses, it's been recommended that we install Xenapps Fundamentals Evaluation Licenses, then just apply the Access Essentials licenses when they're assigned (and that the change in licensing will not require reinstallation or reconfiguration of the Citrix servers --- just stopping and restarting Citrix Licensing services).

Does anyone have any experience with this to advise us of whether this will work or not?  We'd hate to install and configure the Xenapps Fundamentals only to discover that we need to redo the entire configuration when the correct licenses are assigned.

You will have no problems.  Just install the new license file and you are good to go.
