Question : Outlook.nk2 not being updated

Outlook 2007 will not update or save the Outlook.nk2 file for the auto-complete function on the 2 different PC's he has. Both PC's are identicle Dell model 780's with a standard company image.  Given user Power User rights on one of the PC's but no help, looked at his settings in Outlook, all seems well. Only anomoly is his AD account was originally created with a space after his first name.  We have a large domain using an Exchange 2003 farm. Could that space be the cause? We have removed the space in the General tab of AD U&C but that didn't help. His email address nor his login username have a space in them.  If the space is not causing it, what else could it be?

Your best bet would be to download the drivers for your software from here - http://www.support.xerox.com/go/results.asp?Xlang=en_US&XCntry=USA&prodID=PE16&ripId=&Xtype=download
Once downloaded and installed/unpacked to your PC, plug the USB cable in to your PC and wait for it to ask you for the drivers, when it does point it to the location where you unpacked the drivers to, and it should install for you.
