Question : Copy data from one or more tables or views is grayed out

I am trying to use the import export wizard to import data from an as400 into an sql data base. Copy data from one or more tables or views is grayed out. Why?
The only option it is giving me is:  Write a query to specify the data to transfer

Answer : Copy data from one or more tables or views is grayed out

that must be happening 'cause as400 has different databases called libraries and maybe in the odbc based link between mssql and as400 you can't or didn't specify from which database/library you're going to import data.

try explicitly specifying  the library on mssql.
